    Kaleb is a founding member of EH, and has developed a practice devoted to familial wealth preservation and effective small business planning.  He manages a very aggressive case load consisting of a multitude of small businesses, agricultural families and larger corporations.  His legal expertise is as diverse as the clients he represents and believes his past experiences ranging from insurance defense to large corporate agricultural reorganizations geographically from Western Arkansas, Southwest Missouri and throughout Oklahoma allow him to better serve his existing clients.

    He incorporates innovative approaches to existing problems and seeks to work through client questions or concerns systematically with practical business solutions in mind.

    • COMMITTED. Kaleb prides himself on establishing and maintaining long term professional relationships with the families and companies he represents and is diligent in his approach to finding efficient resolutions to complex problems.

    Kaleb has served on the Oklahoma Board of Governors and has lead Oklahoma’s Young Lawyer Division while committing himself to a full time practice.  While at Oklahoma State University he was named a Top Ten Graduating Senior.  During his time at the University Of Oklahoma School Of Law Kaleb was awarded the Kelly Beardslee award for his work with the OU Criminal Law Clinic. While working to obtain his LL.M., at the University of Arkansas, he served as a graduate assistant at the National Agricultural Law Center, where he conducted extensive research on multiple issues within agricultural law and drafted his thesis on the new National Animal Identification System and the application of FOIA laws to agricultural producers.

    Kaleb was born and raised near Laverne, Oklahoma, and considers Northwest Oklahoma his “home.” He maintains a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Communications from Oklahoma State University; a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law; and an LL.M. in Agricultural Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
